1. About Seysoft Pty Ltd

Seysoft Pty Ltd is registered with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) under ACN 615 505 283. These terms satisfy the company identification obligations under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms of Service govern:

• Your access to and use of the Seysoft Pty Ltd website at www.seysoft.com.au; and
• Any service enquiries submitted through this website or via email.

These terms do not govern the delivery of professional services under a formal engagement. Contracted work is governed by a separate written agreement (a Statement of Work, Service Agreement, or equivalent) entered into between Seysoft and the client. In the event of any conflict, the terms of the separate written agreement will prevail.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for a failure to comply with a statutory guarantee is limited to:

• The re-supply of the services; or
• The payment of the cost of having the services re-supplied.
